Background: one of the power panels, feeding our infrastructure in Atlanta, is unbalanced and caused the last power outage we had. We have to coordinate moving our circuits away from that panel with utility technicians and facility staff in order to avoid similar incidents in future. We'll be shutting our servers down gracefully in several baker racks, then bringing them back up when power is restored.
Please accept our apologies for one more outage, but we have to do it now in order to avoid more severe damage in future. We really appreciate your understanding.

Back Online
The power issue has been fixed and all systems are back online. Sorry for any inconveniences.
Power Issue
Main circuit on a panel, feeding datacenter zone used by JAC Web, has tripped, and the entire infrastructure got rebooted. Power is restored now, however some servers are still running filesystem checks. Everything should be back online within a few minutes.

Back Online
The problems with the network and power due to a direct lightening strike on our Atlanta data center have been resolved. We are sorry for any problems this extended outage may have caused.
The RAID is still being rebuilt and is 50% done. This may causes sites to be sluggish at times, especially if we are experiencing high volume.
Network Outage & Server Reboot
It looks like our Atlanta facility took a direct lightening strike, causing some breakers to trip and power issues that subsequently caused networking issues. All sites are unavailable at this time.
The server has also been urgently rebooted due to utility branch power issue.

Slow Speeds due to RAID rebuild

Traffic Issues
We are currently experiencing SMTP traffic issues on our upstream level.
We have contacted our datacenter support team. According to them there's a firewall outage which doesn't allow the traffic to pass fluently. The issue has been resolved and everything should be working properly now.
